User Acquisition Manager
We expect:
- Practical experience in mobile user acquisition (expertise in Unity, Applovin, IronSource, Vungle, other ad networks will be an advantage);
- Analytical thinking;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- English level – Intermediate and higher.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns with data and metrics and optimize accordingly;
- Ensure all campaigns operate to agreed budgets and ROI;
- Collaborate with designers on ad creatives development.

Client Relations Manager
We expect:
- Understanding of the mobile performance metrics (CPI / CPA / Revshare);
- Knowledge of the of mobile attribution and analytic tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, Branch, Kochava will be an advantage;
- English level – Intermediate or higher.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate and build long-term relationships with clients, upsale;
- Provide customer support on the main advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter, myTarget, Snapchat. Expertise in ad networks and DSPs will be a plus;
- Ensure all campaigns operate to agreed budgets;
- Approve ad creatives;
- Provide feedback on campaigns performance and work on their optimization;
- Work with documentation, invoices and payment tracking.

We expect from the candidate:

- Design ad creatives for mobile user acquisition campaigns;
- Resize and optimize the existing creatives;
- Create animated clips and videos;
- Develop advertising concepts;
- Create presentations (key, ppt).
